.NET AND C# DEVELOPER STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN DESIGN PATTERNS

.NET AND C# DEVELOPER MUST HAVE:

- Strong Knowledge in .NET and C#.
- Hands on with SQL Server 2012 basic usage (DDL and DML)
- Good knowledge in using the defined design patterns.
- Should be aware of Singleton, Publisher Subscriber, Object Factory, MVVM, MVVM Lite, Prism, Unity and Entity frameworks, WCF RIA Service, WPF (Silverlight 5.0) with MVVM (all or some of).
- Knowledge in Authentication and Role Providers (ASP.NET Role Provider)
- Experience in using TFS to perform basic and few advanced operations like branching and merging.
- Hands on using the interfaces developed to work with third party controls and usage of WPF third party controls (like Telerik RAD, GalaSoft .)
- Experience in WCF usage and Web Services usage and ability to deploy (both windows and web applications.

.NET AND C# DEVELOPER GOOD TO HAVE:

- Very good understanding of Authentication and Role Providers (especially ASP.NET Role Provider) and good to have knowledge in Custom Role provider
- Well aware of Code Analysis tools (like CAT.NET, FxCop, RSHARPER) and Style analysis tools like StyleCOP. Also should be familiar with all the best coding practices
- Expertise in Unit testing frameworks which can be Embedded with Visual Studio environment. Good knowledge on application automation frameworks.
- Good knowledge in SQL Server 2012
- Experience with Enterprise Library 4.1 and above for logging, exception handling, validation, cryptography, caching, and data
- Understand various architecture patterns including MVVM, MVC, MVP, SOA, Client Server, B-B, B-C, etc. and deliver multiple, complex end-to-end business solutions
- Ability to do performance tuning and code analysis with standard tools like Visual Studio code/memory profiler or commercial tools like ANTS
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team scenario which requires to engage with creative agencies, business users, technical development teams and managers

.NET AND C# DEVELOPER EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE

- Develops reusable frameworks/components and POCs to accelerate development on projects
- Owns consistency and high quality in solution delivery
- create best practices/approaches to be leveraged by the team,
- Troubleshoots performance issues
- Troubleshoots complex technical issues on projects (act as a "consultant" to the project)
