We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist on a fixed term basis for 12 months, based in Gatwick, to provide functional expertise to the current business application landscape and to ensure business continuity and operational efficiencies for an ever expanding business. Our Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and driven IT professional whom is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates. You'll be able to rapidly build strong, working relationships across various different departments and have the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders in Nespresso. Ideally, you'll have experience of working within a large FMCG organisation however we're happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

You

You'll be an experienced IT Operations Specialist (or similar) with a strong knowledge of IT Systems, applications and software. You will be responsible for providing functional expertise to the current business application landscape, to ensure business continuity and operational efficiencies. You will manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of departments, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions to drive Nespresso forward

You'll be able to demonstrate a strong ability to identify, analyse and solve problems. Within the role you will be adaptable, analytical and resolve multiple tasks.
