NERC-CIP COMPLIANCE QA ANALYST needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

- NERC-CIP Compliance Experience
- Cyber Security Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The QA Partner will serve as a QA analyst responsible for partnering with NERC CIP compliance teams to provide ongoing enterprise NERC CIP Cybersecurity Program quality assurance, guidance and support of implementation activities.
- This role will be part of a team of QA analysts and business area compliance representatives and reports to the NERC CIP Program Management QA Lead.
- Active QA of implementation efforts and ongoing compliance activities for alignment with the enterprise NERC CIP Cybersecurity Program
- Provide enterprise NERC CIP Cybersecurity Program subject matter expertise and guidance to business area compliance teams
- Population of accurate security and compliance documentation and templates
- Partner with QA Lead and business area to ensure that business areas are appropriately supported
- Collaborate with other NERC CIP Program QA Partners
- Regularly report status of QA deliverables and activities to QA Lead and other audiences as appropriate
- Escalate issues and facilitate issue resolution
- Other duties as assigned - this description is not intended to be all inclusive; the individual may perform other related duties to meet the needs of the CIP Program or business area implementation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Education: High School Diploma/GED or applicable certification or equivalent Work Experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in QA/analyst role(s)
- Cyber Security experience
- Compliance experience (NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standards a plus)
- Experience operating within large scale project/program management organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of communication styles to obtain and share information
- Meeting facilitation/ability to conduct effective work sessions
- Able to summarize key issues and concepts appropriately for audiences

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Duke Energy experience
- Experience with efforts to implement new enterprise processes and methods in environments with distinct departmental processes
- Works effectively in a matrixed organization
- In-person/instructor-led training delivery experience
