Our client is one of the leading global IT Services organisations and they seek an experienced AGILE COACH/AGILE CHANGE OR TRANSFORMATION AGENT for a senior position on their team at a PRESTIGIOUS GLOBAL BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES BRAND BASED IN BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
The Change agent is responsible to implement Agile (SAFe) and coach multiple team across organization.
Expert in Agile (SAFe).
Work on inside or outside the organization who helps an organization transform itself by focusing on such matters as organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development for Agile transformation.
The focus is on the people in the organization and their interaction. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
