NCE/HCS Engineer - Turkey

NCE/HCS Engineer required.

LOCATION: Turkey.

DURATION: 6 months +

Role will include onsite implementation, configuration, testing, migration, operations support, day to day support activities coordination and reporting.

- Proficiency in the core Cisco Unified Communications Technologies (Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Presence, & Cisco Mobile products).
- Experience with infrastructure management tools such as Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager, Operations Manager, Service Monitor, or similar provisioning and monitoring applications in different domains Experience with complex UC dial plan implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience with voice architectures, particularly in a service provider context.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System and VMWare ESXi
- Internetworking troubleshooting skills in a large-scale network environment
- Ability to manage delivering resolutions to multiple issues with multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills to escalate issues clearly to upper management and engineering teams, and to present the resolution plans to customers
- Experience with supporting service provider customers
