For our client, an international financial institution with headquarters in Basel, we are looking for a switched on and motivated
NATIVE/FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CONTRACT, BASEL)
Do you have excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and good editorial skills? Than this is a job for you!
You will be responsible for:
- Daily administrative tasks
- Memos/announcements writing on behalf of Business Leaders
- Organizing logistics of complex meetings/seminars with participants coming from various regions/various levels
- Various Ad-Hoc projects
What do you bring?
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and time management
- Expertise with Word, PowerPoint, Notes and Excel
- Flexibility and ability to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
