National Logistics Junior Manager

The successful candidate will provide operational and logistics expertise to support service and product rollout projects spanning across multiple states in Australia. This role is ideal for a National Logistics Coordinator who is ready to take the next step. You will have an advanced level of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lease with national team across organization to ensure smooth inventory operation
- Analyse the demand and coordinate delivery schedule
- Produce reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for tools update, stock takes and demand planning
- Train stakeholders in the relevant performance topics
- Drive streamlining of data collection methods and tools, identify gaps in data collection and ensure data collection improvement
- Share knowledge and understanding on Processes, Metrics, Reporting and Tools

You will be accountable for:

- Supply chain service execution from handover to collect cash support
- Supply chain service execution from supply chain kickoff to handover to Project Coordinator and managing, guiding & monitoring supply chain service execution
- Contributing to all supply chain tasks in daily business, eg constraints solving and escalation management
- Contributing towards the enhancement of overall quality of processes and guidelines
- Managing guides and monitors supply chain service execution
