Roc Search is urgently recruiting for a Senior Design Engineer for a key client of ours who are based across the UK. My client is offering upto a 12 month contract with the possibility of the role turning permanent.

The successful candidate will be working with my clients public, private and industry sector clients. The projects are all transport/highway focused, offering services from conception of ideas, designs, tailored programmes, project management etc.

You will be dealing with a number of infrastructure projects where you will be required to manage areas of the project and team members.

MX highway design software experience and robust CAD skills are essential requirements of this position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Unsupervised production of detailed design for infrastructure projects.
*Production of highway and drainage designs using appropriate standards and specifications.
*Input into contract documents and have site experience.
*Project manage small projects.
*MX software experience
*Manage small projects or elements of projects as appropriate
