MUREX PROGRAM MANAGER

Our client is a very large IT System integrator and they are looking for Senior Program Manager for the customer team based in London and Zurich. Please find the details below:

PROFILE REQUIREMENT

Program Director with 20+ years' experience in Directing a large delivery team in the space of OTC derivatives (EQ/FI/Credit), FX Options and SWAPS as well as large FX trading and processing platform development/implementation of COTS products such as MX3.x, Summit 5.x, Calypso V13

Program Management experience of 5+ years' solely in MUREX financial system program management and execution, program control, implementation and deployment. Experience in managing delivery of a multi stream program with specific streams for

- Program Management Office
- Interfacing
- Core implementation
- Integration testing
- UAT/End-to-End testing
- Data Migration
- Conversion and cut over
- Release Management
- OPS change management
- Requirements analysis and Design

Experience in Multi Asset Class/Financial Product knowledge. Possession of industry knowledge and best practices in specific asset classes. Ability to guide, mentor and control a team of motivated professionals in different Asset Class Streams.

EXPERIENCE IN

- Managing a combined IT team (Vendor and Bank's FTE's) of around 100 people in a managing role.
- Managing expectation of Trading Desk, Trade Support and Operations teams with respect to the new platform implementation, program roadmap, milestones as well as SLA/KPI's. Ability to interface with the internal stakeholders and set the program charter
- Effective communication to the internal teams and external stakeholders with respect to the program roadmap and milestones
- Effective governance, risk and control of programs.
- Managing product vendor as well as system integration vendors and alignment to their SLA's
- Migration from legacies systems to MUREX and in related technologies for MX3.x (JMS,MQ,XML)
- Integration development for Murex 3.x with other bank's systems using MX integration framework
- Large conversion programs and market migrations into a model office platform
- Large program implementation with effective stakeholder management in parallel runs, release risk management, post implementation support as well as post implementation reviews
- Defining Success criteria as well as managing the program with a balance score card.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Program Planning, Creating and managing well defined business case, Program Charter, Scope, business needs and deliverables
- Accountable for Execution of the program
- Responsible for Governance, Risk, Schedule, Milestones and Dependencies, Cost and Schedule Management.
- Technical Project/Program Management.
- Solution Review, guidance and Resource Planning
- Vendor Management and Process Compliance
- Stakeholder Management (Business, IT, Risk, Security, Vendor)
