Murex Datamart Business Analyst

JOB OPPORTUNITY:

- The business analysis role for the MX FX Risk Management system targets the system stabilization after BJB final Project Implementation in December 2015.
- An essential prerequisite therefore is a good expertise on MX.3and the use of the Data Mart Reporting Database (feeders, extractions, stored procedures, etc.).
- The enhanced BA support role in the FX sector for the new MX platform requires good knowledge on FX Trading & FX option products.

TASK DESCRIPTION/DEFINITION OF DELIVERY STANDARDS:

MUREX V3.1:

- Datamart and M-Report (feeders, extractions, stored procedures, etc.)
- Processing Scripts (MUREX, Unix Scripts)
- Simulation Views (P&L, cash flows, sensitivities, etc.)
- Market Data Loader (FX rates, rate curves)
- Ideally, the candidate has FX trading experience or a deep understanding of FX trading procedures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- The position requires profound knowledge of the platform MUREX v3.1 and the Datamart
- Datamart modelling, feeders, extractions, stored procedures, market data loaders, static data configuration, import/export Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Front to Back FX banking processes with an emphasis on FX trading and mid office
- SQL, PL/SQL analysing, Scripting testing, maintenance
- Understanding of FX cash & FX option trading & life cycles
- FX pricing knowledge (verifying prices of FX products)
- FX related Profit & Loss analytical know how

Absolutely necessary:

5 years' experience in banking business/financial industry
