For our client, a private bank in the heart of Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for a multilingual IT Supporter with outstanding communication skills for a new long term contract.
MULTILINGUAL IT SUPPORTER, WINDOWS, ENGLISH, GERMAN AND FRENCH, PRIVATE BANKING (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
In this challenging and multi faceted role you will be responsible for the acceptance of service requests, reporting of incidents and the resolution of problems.
In order to be considered for this contract role you will have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Windows 7 and a solid background providing 1st Level Support. Ideally you will also have worked in ITIL environments.
Candidates will only be considered who speak fluent German, French and English.
