Multiple Testers Required for Contract work

My client is looking for multiple testers to join their practise. They have multiple roles at SENIOR TEST ANALYST and SENIOR TEST MANAGER Level. The role will be 6-12 month engagements.

The roles are working for a major bank and candidates must have previous experience in ONE of the following areas:

- MARGIN LENDING/STRUCTURED PRODUCTS
- QUANTITATIVE RISK MANAGEMENT (QRM)
- CALYPSO OR MUREX

Responsibilities:

- Analyse testing effort of project
- Manage resources
- Define the Strategy (linking to overall program strategy)
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents is documented and maintained.
- Check/Review the Test Cases documents.
- Keep track of the new requirements/change in Project.
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Prepares/updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.

Relevant technical skills

- 6-10 years' experience as a test lead or Test Manager large programs
- Proven ability to plan, manage and support testing across a large program
- STRONG SQL KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in writing test specifications from impact analysis and business requirements documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven team management skills
- Analysis and test specification design skills
- Understanding of structured testing methodologies
