Multiple 3rd Line Support Engineer / £35K - Cardiff

3rd Line Support Engineer / Windows Server 2012 / Exchange 2010 / Citrix / Blackberry

Computer Futures are looking for two 3rd Line Support Engineers to work within a very successful international company with offices based in Cardiff. You will be a key factor to our client's very proficient IT Support function.

The successful candidate will have experience of the following;

Windows Server 2008 & 2012

Exchange 2010

Active Directory

VMware, Citrix or Hyper-V

BlackBerry Server

Prince2

The successful Infrastructure Engineer will have strong experience of Infrastructure & Service Desk based projects. An understanding of Prince2 methodologies will be highly desirable. You will have a great passion for providing IT Support remotely, whilst being able to deliver on multiple cases. You'll be a key part within a talented and exciting team who are very passionate about infrastructure maintenance.

The Successful Infrastructure Engineer will receive an excellent benefits package alongside their annual salary, benefits which include 5% pension and 28 days holiday, just to name a few.
