Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Multimedia Coordinator for a charity. To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a good understanding of the Arabic language.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

1 Oversee all official branding and graphic design including logos, publications, promotional materials, video production, advertisements, and website content. Develop, implement and maintain corporate graphic standards in accordance with the organisations policies and practices.
2 Coordinate all aspects of print and electronic publication to include, but not limited to designing, editing, printing and distribution of newsletters, annual reports, recreation guides, training manuals and other special publications.
3 Manage the graphics and multimedia of the website; overseeing the content management system, integration of media and the use of the website as a marketing tool.
4 Perform as staff photographer at events and other activities for use in all media formats and coordinate professional photography upon request.
5 Provide marketing counsel and support to the departments in marketing/promotions for special events, campaigns, services and programs.
6 Assist in video and audio production for youtube channel through recording, editing, and on-camera talent.
7 Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss briefs/requirements and/or project progress
8 Making technical recommendations
9 Producing, demonstrating and receiving feedback about ideas
10 Creating multimedia designs in liaison with animators, programmers, writers, video producers, sound engineers and artists
11 Developing and using skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, In Design and After Effects
12 Perform other duties as assigned.
