Fluent Arabic/German/Swedish/Dutch/French language speaking Cash Collections Analysts
Location: Dublin city centre
Duration: 6 months +
One of our major IT clients is looking for Arabic/German/Swedish/Dutch/French Cash Collections Analysts to join their team in Dublin for 6 months + contract.
You will be responsible for the timely management of the cash receivables from clients and their customers, ensuring that cash collection activities meet the requirements of the Client by reducing aged debt, maximising collection and collating high quality dispute information. Routine telephone calls to delinquent customer accounts, and management of problems that delay collections, including timely and effective communication with other departments.
Skills required:
-Fluent English
-Fluent in one of the following languages: Arabic/German/Swedish/Dutch/French
-Experience with cash collections/accounting
-Customer service experience
