MULTIFUNCTION HR REP

We have a new opportunity for an MULTIFUNCTION HR REP to work for an exciting and rapidly growing blue chip company in HAMPSHIRE on a part time 6 month contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Standard Job Description: Performs more than one Human Resources function, such as employment, human resources management, benefits, compensation, training/development, for an assigned organization.

DESIRED & REQUIRED SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Applicants should possess a degree, or equivalent experience, be CIPD qualified and have demonstrated experience in a HR role, preferably with a large blue chip organisation.
- Good IT system skills including Microsoft Office products.
- The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be committed as the department is extremely busy.
- They will also possess strong communication skills that will be needed when dealing with all levels of management in the organisation.
- Required to be a quick learner, flexible, and be able to adapt quickly to the Company, culture and environment.
- Applicants should possess an understanding of UK and European employment law with some experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
- Applicants should have previous experience in managing the transfer of staff under TUPE

TYPICAL MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Ideally require a Bachelors degree from an accredited college and capability typically achieved through around 6 years of professional experience. Will also consider individuals with equivalent experience/combined education.
