Multi Trade Carpenter, Plumber or Plasterer- Oxford
Rate of Pay - £13.75 per hour + paid mileage

We are currently looking for a multi trade to start work immediately. The role consists of carrying out maintenance work on a social housing contract in and around the Oxford area. The main duties include completing carpentry, plumbing or plastering based tasks.

This is a temporary on going position with a potential opportunity to go permanent. You will be doing 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Essential Requirements:

- Have a full UK driving license and van
- A qualification in carpentry, plumbing or plastering
- Previous domestic experience
- Live within reasonable distance of Oxford

Desirable:

- Previous experience working on social housing
- A current CRB/DBS disclosure
