MULTI-SKILLED ENGINEERS - DV CLEARANCE REQUIRED

You will be working as a member of staff within an organisation renowned within the UK as being one of the market leading providers in Facilities Management across a range of different sectors including Defence, Education, Health and Transport Sectors.

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be pivotal in the provision of services to a particular Customer in the Gloucestershire area that operate in a highly secure environment to add real value to the organisation through the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions that integrate facilities management, project management and workspace design best practices in line with the organisations aims and objectives to secure their position as the market leader in this field.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Supporting the Estates management team to conduct Planned Maintenance.
- Supporting the Estates management team through Reactive Maintenance of the customer estate.
- The proactive reporting of faults to equipment, buildings and fittings in accordance to site safety regulations.
- Day to day management of facilities on site, working closely with the customer to illicit requirements in a personable manner.
- Adapting management responsibilities within small teams to deliver specific packages of work when required.

Within this organisation, you will be working within a team of dedicated engineers and technicians to deliver a variety of services related to Facilities Management on a particular site in Gloucestershire that requires DV clearance in order to access. As such, you must be comfortable liaising with Customers to understand their requirements in depth, planning and organising maintenance schedules in line with Customer requirements and working both independently and within a team to deliver innovative solutions to a range of challenges.
