You MUST be registered with Gas Safe, and have relevant certificates for the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and repair of all mechanical building services within a commercial office environment.
As this is an office environment, you must be VERY customer focused and proactive.
Working within the site facilities team, duties will be split between yourself and the electrical engineer on site.
Duties will include:
*All PPM's and reactive jobs
*General onsite Mechanical maintenance of building fabric and plant
PAYE Rate: 12.13 per hour or Ltd.
Rate: 15.00 per hour
This is initially an on-going contract position to start as soon as possible (03.12.2012)
