MULTI-INDUSTRY, AWARD WINNING COMPANY HIRING COLLECTIONS STRATEGY AND INSIGHT ANALYST (SQL)

£30,000-37,000 & PACKAGE

My client is famous across many different industries in developing pioneering and innovative approaches to entertainment, travel, media and more. They are currently hiring within the Media arm of the business for a Collections Strategy and Insight Analyst to join a growing team of Analysts focussed on improving business processes through the analysis of customer and dialler data.

The Collections Strategy and Insight Analyst will support and deliver analysis and insight into the performance of cable collections activity and will help design and develop strategies to support the business in optimising the collection function.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Effectively analysing collections and other data sources in a logical and structured way, identifying key trends and business opportunities and presenting results and new strategic changes to key stakeholders.

Presenting effective presentations to senior managers with formal strategy proposals, highlighting key benefits to the business and doing so in a clear and consise manner.

Developing successful and purposeful working relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

Working closely with the Collections Department providing insightful analysis in a timely manner, looking at agent performance, dialler effectiveness, collection schemes and letter strategies and existing customer behaviour and highlighting opportunities, successes and improvements.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

A background in analytics from a marketing, finance, utilities or telecoms background.

Demonstrable experience using SQL for data analysis. Exposure to SAS is welcomed but not required.

A can do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Educated to degree level

Desirable skills:

Working knowledge of debt management and collections strategies

Experience of liaising and presenting to senior managers

Working knowledge of a collections dialler functionality.
