Provide Multi Channel Marketing expertise to partner with assigned portfolio of regional and country teams in the development of: multi-channel marketing strategy and goals that meet needs of HCP, patients, and other customer types (consumers, payer-providers or other stakeholder groups); and integrated multichannel marketing plans in support of long term strategy and annual Operating Plans.

Lead development of multi-channel marketing implementation plans with cross functional team. Partner with functions within and outside of e-multichannel marketing to ensure that in-market multi-channel services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with agreed service levels channel standards and compliance requirements.
Determine and secure resource needs with Country and Regional business teams to execute multi-channel marketing plans
Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective multi-channel marketing investment across the region. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies
Ensure all programs have applied metrics which are actively monitored and measured and corrective actions taken
Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective multi-channel marketing programs.
Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for assigned portfolio in the region
Up-skill and develop assigned business teams in multi-channel marketing capabilities, using formal and informal approaches
Acts as Single Point of Contact for assigned portfolio
Potential travel out of state.

SKILLS:

Advanced MS Word skills required (7+ years)

- Educated to degree level
- Deep knowledge and understanding of brand and customer strategies and goals for assigned portfolio of brands and countries within the Region.
- Significant marketing experience, preferably in marketing to health care professionals
- Demonstrable experience working with Multi-Channel Marketing programs in Pharma and/or Consumer fields
- Experience in executing projects across business entities and/or geographies
- Strong ability to lead cross - functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time frames in a complex organizational structure and multitask in a cross-functional role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills
- Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
- Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with and respect from colleagues and external parties at all levels in the organization
- Experience working with agencies/vendors
- A working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings
- Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
- Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning
