This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive the Multi Channel strategy that is pivotal to the success of this leading global bank.
The Multi-Channel Insights team is a new team formed to create the customer insight that will underpin that strategy. The team has responsibility for undertaking customer-centric insight that helps to understand the need of customers from our Branch, Telephony and Digital channels and how those needs are being met currently.

The objective of the team is to
* Inform how we can optimise investments across channels
* Optimise the performance of each channel
* Realise the value in data captured by the channels
* Ensure that customers get a complementary, not competing channel experience

This position focuses on supporting the Testing in the Secure Site project. Supporting the business with dashboard creation, data requests and insight requests and adhoc analytical requests.

Requirements:
* Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with key stakeholders and delivery teams.
* Data Analytics and Insight experience
* Communicates complex or difficult messages effectively to different audiences, tailoring the approach to suit the situation.
* Ability to understand relational data models to identify data relating to customer channel usage in order to drive insight
* Ability to specify data requirements to support the insight capability that will enable the exploitation of channel opportunities and expand our view of customers channel usage
* Contribution to the research, analysis of new concepts/ideas, and reviews of existing systems and processes, recommending specific options.
* Timely and accurate completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter-measures.
* Engage stakeholders to gain acceptance and support for forthcoming changes.
* Understanding of Business Intelligence capabilities
