A prestigious client has an urgent vacancy for an MSP Drupal Architect to work on a contract at their office in Luxembourg.
In this role you will be the Administrator of Drupal Infrastructure on a day to day basis.
You will be responsible for; Configuration, Administrating, Operating and Monitoring the following areas:
Second level support, incident handling and request fulfilment (based on a ticketing system - HP SMT - and following ITIL best practices);
Investigation of Problems;
Documenting Procedures;
Management of Improvements and Small Projects;
Close communication with the Architecture team;
Capability to manage a Team and organise the work of the team (planning etc.)
Managed Service Experience (work under SLA, ...)
Help to define Service Catalog
You will also be Service Oriented
Skills - must haves
Proven experience in DRUPAL environment;
Proven experience/proper understanding of DRUPAL is a must;
Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes (Service desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management);
Previous experiences working for DGs within the Public Sector
Flexibility in time and adaptability to work activities (work in shifts and on-call);
Team oriented (supportive, enthusiastic...);
A solution driven attitude and customer oriented
Good communication skills
Contribute with improvement ideas and proposals
Ability to work in a sometimes stressful environment
Skills - nice to haves
Experience with working with various administration methods (Plain Console, Command-line, WLST/Oracle Management Server) would be considered as an asset;
Required languages for this role
English
