MS WINDOWS/VOIP 7900/CISCO DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity for Yoh's client located in Denver, Colorado.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Proficient primarily in MS Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office, CISCO IP Communicator, CISCO VoIP 7900 series desktop phone systems.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME!

- Experience in Customer Support in MS Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office, CISCO IP Communicator, CISCO VoIP 7900 series desktop phone systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- All modes of remote end-user support activities for clients directly and/or through transfer/escalation or assignment.
- Ensuring all aspects of service deliverables assigned to Global Support Center team
- Working with the General Desktop Support Specialist Team and the Service Line Lead(s) and management to insure quality of support service and service level requirements are met.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- ITIL Foundation V3 Certification
- Help Desk Institute Certification - Support Center Analyst/Technician
- Microsoft Certified - MOS, MCDST, MCP/MCSA/MCSE etc.
