Energetic and talented Field Engineering/Support consultant required with strong experience of MS Team Foundation Server. This role will carry responsibility for looking after the technical support needs of major MS Enterprise clients located between Reading and central London.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of MS Team Foundation Server is a must, together with well-developed field engineering and support skills. Candidates should be familiar with Agile Development frameworks (eg SCRUM, Kanban, CMMI) and how these are typically used by enterprise customers.
We are looking for a strong, all-round technical support consultant with excellent technical skills and strong customer relationship-building skills.
