MS Teams Consultant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- The implementation of Microsoft Teams with Direct Routing will begin with Proof of Concept (PoC) in one or more international locations with 10 to 20 end users
- The Session Border Controller (SBC) will be from AnyNode or AudioCodes
- The end of the project will see the complete removal of the Starface telephony system

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience implementing Teams Calling with Direct Routing
- Experience performing telephony migrations including Central reception, Support hotlines, CTI
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and the implementation of virtual SBCs therein
- Experience working in an international environment
- Knowledge or experience with AnyNode products is a plus
