MS System Administrator for Multinational Client in Stockholm/Sweden

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR FOR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

- Administration, optimization and maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange 2010 Servers, the MS SQL 2012 Servers, the MS Hyper-V environment, the Active Directories, the web Servers, the SharePoint farms, the antivirus Servers, the backup environment, the SAN (EMC), the MS System Center Operations Manager environment and the Windows operating systems of Servers
- Integration of new systems into the existing environment
- Ensure 2nd & 3rd line support for the Extranet service users
- Document the current environment and changes to it
- Identify the cause of problems, document, and develop an immediate, short-term, and/or long-term solution
- Create and/or maintain support documentation and procedures
- Perform standby duty outside office hours on a rotation basis
- Creation of Powershell scripts
- Setup, maintenance and monitoring of Microsoft Hyper-V in HA scenarios
- Maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of the AD and ADFS environments
- Maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM environment
- Maintenance of the Microsoft clusters
- Maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of the Microsoft Exchange Servers (2010 and 2013)
- Usage of Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager 2012
- Maintenance of the SAN (EMC)
- Installation, maintenance and monitoring of server hardware
- Maintenance of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 environments
- Usage of EMC Networker and Symantec DLO
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of the SharePoint Servers
- Maintenance of the Team Foundation Servers (2010/2012)
- Maintenance of the Symantec AntiVirus and Symantec Enterprise Vault Servers

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree with minimum 5 years experience in System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, SharePoint, TFS and MSSQL
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Experience in SAN management
- Experience with Symantec DLO and Antivirus solutions
- Good knowledge e of ADFS
- Good knowledge of clustering/HA and virtual environments
- Good knowledge of Exchange and Enterprise Vault
- Good knowledge of SCOM Good knowledge of server and storage hardware
- Good knowledge of packaging solutions
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures

GENERAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language
