Support Desk Administrator
Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy team in a leading telecommunications company in the Berkshire area on a contractual basis.

As a Support Desk Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Handle email and telephone systems to engage in end to end resolution of reported issues
- Receiving high volumes of calls and emails per day
- Identifying the correct team to pass the issue to and escalating
- Making sure all information is logged accurately using Excel
- Reporting
- Log faults and chase relevant technical teams to achieve resolutions within agreed SLAs

Applicants for the role of Support Desk Administrator will ideally have the following demonstrable qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills - please note your relevant knowledge of this must be outlined clearly in your CV
- Very good customer service skills
- Ability to use MS Office tools
- Competent at problem solving
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Please note this is not a technical role - You will log and escalate faults/issues, as opposed to fixing them.
