ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a renowned Swiss Bank.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is currently looking for a MS SQL SERVER DBA. This is a contract position based in Zurich.
YOUR MISSION
- Database administration
- Troubleshooting and performance tuning in cooperation with application owners and infrastructure teams
- Automation of processes in the database environment
- Support of the application projects
- Creating and updating of operating documentation
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Technical Degree (Uni, ETH, FH), training in computer science or equivalent training
- Good knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server administration
- SSIS, SSAS, SSRS - strong experience
- Unix OS previous exposure
- Scripting and automation
- Banking environment experience
- Fluency in English and German
