MS SQL Database Administrator.
On behalt of our client, a major bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a MS SQL Database Administrator
YOUR TASKS:
- Working with MS SQL Server technologies, Sybase ASE, Replication Server, Operating Systems, Networks and Storage.
- Being responsible for configuring, managing and maintaining Sybase/SQL Servers in our environment
- Delivering high quality Service
- Tracking and resolving database-related incidents and requests within the SLA's Analyse and implementing performance tuning
- Providing on-call support and shift work for production databases
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience with MS SQL Server in a production environment with database
- Knowledge of Sybase ASE 15.x, Sybase Replication Server 15.x, MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, T-SQL
- Experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure
- Experience in working within and an understanding of Investment Banking and Wealth Management business or any similar financial services experience desirable
