The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- MS Outlook 2010/2013
- End User Support
- MS Outlook 365
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on Windows OS networked enterprise desktop environment.
- Escalate, coordinate, and collaborate support issues with multiple teams as necessary.
- Document all call incidents and problems in call tracking software.
- Take live call referrals from any team member and provide technical support.
- Provide follow-up status to clients according to support policies and procedures.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- One to two (1-2) plus years of direct MS Exchange/Outlook (2010/2013) End-User support experience.
- Two (2) plus years of End-User Support Experience.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Lotus Notes-to-Exchange support experience is a Plus.
- Microsoft Outreach Outlook 365 (Exchange Online) exposure is a Plus.
