MS Lync Consultant for Multinational Client in the Hague

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MS LYNC CONSULTANT TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANTS

Provide expert technical consultancy on MS Lync ¸

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

-

University degree with minimum 6 years hands on experience in with MS Products and MS Lync
-

Strong experience in MS Lync.
-

Good knowledge of VoIP: ie: SIP, H.323, RTP and TCP/IP
-

Good knowledge of Troubleshooting in ie Wireshark, Traceroute, Nmap
-

MCSA or MCSE certification would be an advantage.
-

Experienced with working in large government/public-body organisations;
-

Experienced in multi-national environment;
-

Experience in providing process and product advice.

Strong interpersonal skills, including experience with teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

Ability to influence - and gain the support of - a wide range of stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.

A strong delivery-minded approach.
-

Very good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).

The knowledge of German and French will be of added benefit.
