HOLIDAY COVER CONTRACT FOR A CERTIFIED EXCHANGE SUPPORT ENGINEER BASED IN DUBLIN CITY CENTRE.
This role requires the successful candidatre to be availale to work in Dublin city centre for the full month of July. Exchange certifications are a must!
You will be an experienced Exchange Server Support Engineer, providing support in the development and maintenance of the email and related systems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The tasks include day-to-day management of the E-Mail services/Anti-Virus and Content Filtering infrastructure and the completion and updating of system documentation to professional standards.
- Work in conjunction with the email administrators
- Dealing with queries from users
- General Exchange and Outlook troubleshooting
- Provisioning of mobile mail devices using ActiveSync and Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Dealing with IT Helpdesk
- Mailbox management
- Ongoing monitoring of Exchange Servers
- Fault reporting
- Testing any modifications in a Lab environment
- Preparing standards and procedures documentation for the proper planning, installation, security, support and maintenance of the Exchange Infrastructure
- Maintaining and managing the Anti-Virus and Content filtering solutions in place
- Apply AV/Content Filtering updates
- Participation in projects as a team member (where necessary)
- Any other tasks which are considered to be appropriate to the role.
Essential for this engagement is your having successfully completed and obtained a relevant certification or qualification in Exchange Server 2007. You must be available for the month of July.
