MS Exchange Guru (m/w)

Start: Mai 2 3 days at customer site each week 650 hours - part time German speaking / writing - native Exchange 2010 - 2016 You will support a complex Exchange infrastructure while a large messaging migration project will take place. You will work together with an operating team and help resolve issues to assure service availability. You will be a technical advisor to the customer support team and you have deep technical Exchange skills to analyse and resolve technical issues. You know how analyse log files, monitor processes, do a network trace or generate a dump file. During the project you will work together with Microsoft Consulting Services if needed. You will work 1:1 with the customer and you able to explain technical Exchange background in detail. Essential skills 2nd and 3rd level Support of an expanding complex Exchange 2010/2016 messaging environment (50.000 -> 250.000 seats) and Outlook .
