MS Exchange/Blackberry Analyst Job

MS EXCHANGE/BLACKBERRY ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity for Yoh's client in Washington, DC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- MS Exchange/baseline products Network monitoring tools
- Blackberry Trouble-shooting experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide service and preventive maintenance activities on element exchange/baseline products (products with element exchange service and traditional maintenance philosophies; ie, terminals, printers, personal computers, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair products by replacing worn or broken parts, and making technical adjustments.
- Makes appropriate use of reference publications and diagnostic aids in resolving technical problems
- Taking an active role in suggesting peripheral equipment
- Detect and correct equipment errors.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME!

- General Blackberry troubleshooting experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair products by replacing worn or broken parts, and making technical adjustments
- Experience implementing shared software, such as operating systems, configuration management tools, application and development tools, testing tools, compilers, and code editors
- Ability to communicate accurate and useful status updates

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Three year of consistent field experience
