MS Exchange Administrator - (With Strong Exchange Migration exp.)

MS Exchange Administrator is required by our Barcelona based client. Initially you will be responsible for administering Exchange 2003 while in January 2013 you will become heavily involved in a migration project from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003 to 2010 when the role will become quite project orientated as well as providing on-going Exchange Administration.

This will involve in the region of 600 users being migrated from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2010 and roughly 50,000 users from Exchange 2003 to 2010. over a period of time across multiple European countries and sites.  You must therefore be prepared to travel when required.  

Solid experience and knowledge of Exchange 2003/2010 is required together with Active Directory and good experience gained of migrating away from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2010.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable in order to apply yourself as the needs of the business change which can be quite dynamic, together with excellent communication skills and be a self starter with a can do attitude.
