JOB TITLE: MS EXCHANGE CONSULTANT
JOB LOCATION: GENEVA, SWITZERLAND
JOB TYPE: 3 MONTHS CONTRACT INITIALLY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Resolving problems with the live service, performing proactive maintenance and upgrades
- Should have Extensive experience of configuring and supporting Exchange 2010/2013, Lync 2010/2013, Blackberry ).
- Must have good knowledge and hands on experience in Exchange DAG and Exchange 2013 server roles.
- Must have experience in Incident management, break fix, root cause analysis and problem management.
- Knowledge of Exchange Migration Tools such as Quest, MessageOps
- Responsible for Messaging and collaboration team and mentoring the team members.
- Extensive experience of supporting Outlook 2013, Blackberry & Windows clients.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Vault, PowerShell Scripting, Lotus Notes, Quest migration tool would be advantageous.
- Must have handled projects such as Exchange version upgrades and etc.
