Projektbeschreibung
Candidate will be responsible for managing a mailbox queue and a ticket system queue for email-related issues. It will require availability during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Active Directory experience
Exchange Administration experience including managing Distribution Lists, Group Mailboxes, and Meeting Rooms
Experience with Identity Vault
Experience with Bright Mail or similar email spam utility.
Knowledge of Email Routing architecture
Understanding of Mail and/or File recovery techniques
Intermediate or Advanced Linux/Unix experience
Excellent troubleshooting/critical thinking skills
Local candidates only, PLEASE NO Third parties or subcontractors.
Candidates must work hourly on w-2.
Onsite interviews required.
