MS Exchange Administrator

MS EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATOR with excellent technical skills required for our client, a major financial services provider in Zürich, Switzerland.

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

- Administration and technical support of MS Exchange Infrastructure (2003 to 2010)
- Technical support for Exchange related systems like BlackBerry, GOOD, Enterprise Vault
- Collaboration within Projects
- Deep analysis of logs and reports
- Ensure 2nd level support to other departments
- Change and Release testing and implementation
- Ensure consistency with other regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
- Pikett (on-call) during off-hours must be provided on regular basis

EXPERIENCE:

- Excellent MS Exchange experience (esp versions 2003 and 2010)
- Scripting skills in MS Exchange environments (ideally PowerShell)
- TCP/IP Networking knowledge (Protocol, Routing and VLAN)
- Security knowledge (Firewall)
- Enterprise email administration experience
- Blackberry and GOOD handheld experience
- MS Exchange Administration experience
- Outlook troubleshooting skills (Outlook 2010)
- Strong troubleshooting background
- English and German is a must
