The CRM COE delivers CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Working within a London-based team, this role will provide development expertise to an internal customer enhancing an existing solution encompassing MS Dynamics 2011 and a document management system. This role will work closely with the London-based delivery team.
This role will have the following main duties and responsibilities:- 1. Design and some analysis (in conjunction with the Technical Analyst)
2. Configuration & Development of CRM
3. Work closely with the Technical Analyst and business evolving the system based upon a RAD approach
4. Work closely with Quality Centre and the testing team resolving issues raised
5. Creation of technical documentation
