MS Dynamics Developer for Multinational Client in Stockholm/Sweden

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SEVERAL MS DYNAMICS DEVELOPER TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN.

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANT

- CRM development and customization
- Development using C# .NET for applications and web services
- Participate in planning and architecting solutions
- Data migration
- Analyze test results, isolating areas for improvement, and debugging
- Create deployment packages, guidelines
- Be responsible for documentation
- Code reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with established programming standards
- Store up to date project sources and documentation in Team Foundation Server
- Technical support to users and business analysts

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree with minimum 4 years experience in IT
- 2 years of experience of CRM analysis, development with MS Dynamics CRM on implementation projects.
- Very strong on all aspects of customisation work and complex development (Plug-Ins, Workflows)
- Experience with development and maintenance of applications using C# .NET
- Experience with UML or Case Tools
- Experience with relational databases, T-SQL for SQL 2005/2008 and stored procedures
- Experience with client side Scripting (JavaScript, AJAX )
- Experience with developing web services (ASMX/WCF)
- Experience working in agile development environment, preferably SCRUM

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS A PLUS:

- Application development with .NET (C#) in SharePoint
- ASP.NET development, CSS
- Experience with content management and enterprise portals

COMPETENCES AND SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming
- Knowledge of Customers Management systems
- Strong technical background in Microsoft platform
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment
- Rapid self-starting capability and willingness to work in a team
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Be able to understand and analyse technical requirements
- Very good command of English; both oral and written
