MS DYNAMICS DEVELOPER/CONSULTANT

SKILLS: MS Dynamics, Smart Connect and Dexterity

SUMMARY:

This is a role for someone who can come in and quickly come up to speed on a Legacy implementation and identify improvements and enhancements as well as be part of the execution team.

Analyze and evaluate existing integrations between GP and Legacy system with the purpose of increasing system performance and system throughput. Propose new solutions and upon solution approval: design, develop, test and deploy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Troubleshot and resolve system performance issues.
- Provide technical support to GP users (Accounting and Logistics).
- Assist other Product Development and IT organizations.
- Document and maintain design documentation, including process flows, data flows and system interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Hands-on development working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to develop, customize, and support the Dynamics GP environment v10.0
- 5+ Years of experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains, true developer
- 3+ Years of experience with eOne SmartConnect
- Experience supporting Great Plains Implementations/Upgrades
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, with experience in database development and reports development
- Ability to work both independently and with a team of developers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- MS Certifications are a plus
- Ability to research performance issues and implement a solution

DESIRABLE:

- Experience with other ERP implementations (JDE, AX)
