MS Dynamics CRM Developer

The Role
The role will involve developing, maintain and supporting applications that are built using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft SharePoint.

The role covers:

1 Application and database design - including the creation of functional / technical specifications and logical / physical database design.
2 Application development - coding / configuration and unit testing of the application as specified in the design specification
3 System testing - creation and execution of test plans to test the complete system
4 Resolution of incident and problems reported against production systems

The in-house development team has been set up recently and a key part of the role will involve mentoring and developing the permanent people within the team.

Skills/Experience required

The role requires an experienced IT professional with the ability to quickly establish credibility in a demanding environment. Specifically we are looking for an Interim with a minimum of 2 years experience in:

Designing small solutions including working with the business to define requirements and the subsequent creation and approval of design specifications

1 Dynamics CRM 2011 and / or MS SharePoint 2010.
2 For CRM Development - use of Javascript and C# will be essential. For SharePoint Development - Powershell and experience of HTML and CSS will be essential.
3 Database design experience including logical and physical design. Experience in the use of SQL for MS SQL Server and MS Access.
4 Writing test scripts to perform testing at all levels throughout the full application development life cycle.
