MS Dynamics CRM Configuration Consultant - Belgium

MS Dynamics CRM Configuration Consultant required.

PROFILE

Talented MS Dynamics CRM consultant; skilled professional, possessing hands on Dynamics CRM implementation experience with robust expertise in configuring and parametrizing Dynamics CRM. Should have experience working with CRM plugins, Javascript and workflows; should have knowledge on integration with CRM like Sharepoint, Outlook, .net applications.

MAIN DUTIES

- Design and implement Business Units and Security Roles
- Configure Users and Teams
- Describe the principles of customizing the system
- Create and configure fields for both custom and system entities
- Create and configure custom entities, including standard and activity entities
- Design, create and configure relationships between entities
- Create and configure Views, Charts and Forms for both system and custom entities
- Create and implement custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, etc.
- Implement Field Security and Access Team Templates
- Design, create and configure Solutions
- Support data mapping and master data import

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in MS Dynamics projects
- Experience with data analysis, design and implementation, including working with end users to effectively assess business requirements and define programming needs to support redesigned processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM design, CRM System Architecture, customization, configuration, operation, and maintenance support
- Good communication skills - oral and written
- Good organizational skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience in the Financial Sector an advantage but not necessary
