MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - Ottawa, Ontario $85 - $95/hr - CONTRACT/ON-SITE
I am urgently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst for a tremendously important project in Ottawa. The client is a very high-profile organization in the Healthcare industry looking to bring in a functional team to carry-out several MS Dynamics CRM projects in different departments throughout their organization as well as a migration to Dynamics CRM 2013.
This specific position will be responsible for understanding what the client needs, nailing down the business requirements, and relaying this information to the development team. The BA will be working directly with the Project Manager to assure the client's vision is being properly executed. They will also be responsible for testing (GAP/Fit Analysis) and providing End User Support.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
* 2+ years of Dynamics CRM Business Analysis experience (2011/2013 Online Preferred)
* Concrete hands on experiences with MS Dynamics CRM implementation and projects
* Strong experience with GAP/Fit Analysis and End User support
* Gather and present business requirements
* Any Microsoft Certifications are a huge plus
* Working on site is required
