MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Consultant (German-Speaking)

For a major international client in Zurich, we are looking for a:

MS DYNAMICS CRM 2013 CONSULTANT (GERMAN-SPEAKING)

By mid-2015 our client plans to implement a CRM system. The selected platform is MS Dynamics CRM. The client is seeking external support to enhance their knowledge of the general structure of the system and bring technical implementation expertise, as well as support for the development of individual deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Define the search function in MSDynamics, including the availability of the search function across systems, number and appearance of displayed results.

Define the function "activities (open issues)" with the purpose of:

- Assigning office staff to tasks created by a field service employee
- Creating a one-stop customer record and forwarding it to the competent authority, monitoring the status of the record

Registration of calls/interactions:

- Registering customer calls in a simple manner using the standard functionality

Create screen mock-ups based on requirements and team inputs for:

- Customer Overview HLD_001
- Customer perspective including address types and purpose
- Customer contact history
- Sales process HLD_002
- Annual planning/targeting/re-submissions
- Visit Preparation
- Analysis & Quotation
- Visit Documentation

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- CRM process know-how (at least 5 years of experience in a CRM environment)
- Understanding of the Insurance industry (min. 1 CRM implementation project at a Swiss insurance company)
- MS Dynamics Specialist (understanding of configuration options for MS Dynamics 2013, architecture, performance, standard/vs  nonstandard, third-party products as add-ons, do's and don't's)
- FLUENT GERMAN IS MANDATORY

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION STARTING 15.01.2014 UNTIL 31.03.2014 (APPROX. 55 DAYS), ON THE CLIENT SITE IN ZURICH. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
