MS DYNAMICS AX PROJECT MANAGER - ENGLISH SPEAKING - SASSENHEIM, NETHERLANDS & NORDICS. START: 9TH JANUARY 2017. 6 MONTH CONTRACT+

CONTENT OF POSITION:

Our clients' program has the aim of implementing a new ERP system landscape (Microsoft AX 2012 R3) that supports their stores business within the countries UK, DK, SE, NO, NL, FR and CH. This implementation runs parallel to optimizing and standardizing the stores and financial processes for the countries mentioned.

The client is looking for an IM Project Manager for the Netherlands Deployment project and successively for the Nordics Deployment Project in the second half of 2017. The assignment will be for 6 months with possible extension.

Assignment
* Manage the Netherlands Deployment project
* Manage and inspire the Netherlands Deployment IM team existing of several AX Consultants.
* Consult and interact with relevant business parties and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
* Ensure adherence to the programs stage gate methodology and to advise on improvements throughout the project life cycle
* Coordinate with the NL Business Team to ensure that communications to all stakeholders have been properly prepared and reviewed
* Ensure that a detailed Netherlands deployment plan has been documented along with the overall Deployment Plan
* Ensure that the NL deployment actual costs are in line with budget.

COMPETENCES REQUIRED

Experience & Educational Requirements:
* Project Management skills (10 years of experience) in a complex and international environment (EMEA).
* Proven experience in managing successfully the different stages in a large IM project (initiation, functional design, build, UAT testing, cutover etc.)
* At least 5 years in roles implementing and supporting ERP systems preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012.
* Demonstrable ability to self-start, work independently and to hit the road running.
* Experiences in an international retail business.

Capabilities:
* Demonstrated experience in Managing the implementation of ERP systems in a complex multinational environments (with strong preference for Microsoft AX2012 R3)
* Experience in working with mature incident, problem, release and change management processes and supporting systems.
* Strong communicator, with the ability to communicate and liaise with people from all levels of the business, across countries
* Capable of engaging in, and comfortable with, detailed process and cross application systems issues
* Maintains a sufficiently flexible approach to constantly changing demands to be able to respond and adapt in a controlled manner

Languages:
* Must speak fluent English (and most ideally Swedish), Dutch preferred as well
