Your new company This Edinburgh University has a fantastic reputation, on the National and International front. Currently upgrading several CRM systems, this is the opportunity to be involved in the heartbeat of a major project within the University. Your new role This role will see you provide Support for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This will involve working with 3rd Party Suppliers, the in house project team, along with the customers of the product, providing the support of the application. What youll need to succeed Experience of technical support of a Microsoft Dynamics System is paramount, as this will be the brunt of the role. Although all development will be carried out by the Clients partner, customer support will be provided by you. As a result, you must be customer facing, and happy dealing with queries and technical issues from the customers using the product. What youll get in return This is a long term opportunity, initially 6 months. However it is likely to grow arms and legs, and as a result, you can expect to see extension beyond the initial 6 months. The daily rate is in the region of £280p/d, which in hand with the length of contract, makes this position even more appealing. What you need to do now ...
