MS CRM Consultant

The candidate must be experienced in architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based business solutions.

- Delivery of CRM configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts for the CRM project in an agile environment
- Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to junior members of the CRM-development team
- Ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

REQUIRED:

- At least 2 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects
- MS Dynamics CRM certification (2013 or higher)
- Knowledge of CRM 2011
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and web services
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing solutions that involve CRM customization to include Server Side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
- Experience in architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services
- Strong Knowledge of C#, JavaScript and SQL
- Knowledge of ESB integration and SOA
- Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principals
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills ( + fluent in English)
