PROCESS/INTERPERSONAL
1) Experienced in Financial Operational Risk Reporting topics and experience in Banking Domain is must.
2) Experienced in SCRUM based projects
3) Flexible - ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
4) Ability to perform/work under pressure
5) Ability to work across 1-3 work-streams
6) Ability to articulate and ask right questions
TECHNICAL
1) Ability to lead analysis (requirements, design, development related) work for a work-stream/project
2) Ability and willingness to perform Requirement Engineering, Design and Development (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, SSRS)
3) PL/SQL
4) Microsoft SSRS Report and Dashboard Development experience
5) Microsoft SSAS ( Analysis Services)
